90-Day Companion

As the newest College for Bishops offering, the 90-Day Companion program pairs a newly-elected bishop with an active bishop who will guide him/her during the critical transition period between election and consecration (normally about 90 days).

• Understanding the Diocesan Culture
• Time Management/Pace
• Communications within the Diocese
• Liturgy
• Visitations
