For Leadership

The purpose of For Leadership is to be a resource for the ongoing formation of spiritual leadership for bishops. Each episode (expect about four per year) will feature a conversation on leadership with Bishop Rob Wright and one of our colleagues in the House of Bishops. In this pilot episode Rob and Bishop Duncan Gray discuss making mistakes, trust, and authenticity; areas where the learning never ends. They also ask a question of Bishops: what are the unique contributions of Bishops to our particular ministry role?
